ACTING

In addition to being a writer, I’m also a professional actor. I’ve appeared in numerous regional theatre and independent film projects. My specialties are Shakespeare, comic characterization, and improvisation. My training includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, with a concentration in Acting & Directing, from the State University of New York at Oswego (summa cum laude). I also took classes at Second City’s famed improv conservatory in Chicago. After many years performing with professional comedy troupes, I developed my own workshop series for people interested in learning how to perform improv comedy.
